We believe in superior customer service when it comes to helping our clients. GSA Title Assist LLC was created to help with how COVID has changed people's ability to title and register their new purchases.
Our founder saw this first hand during her time at DMV. Customers would purchase a vehicle or trailer and then become frustrated after finding out that DMV no longer allowed walk in customers. All DMV customers have to make an appointment to receive service.
When customers would check the DMV website to make an appointment, they could only find an appointment that was two months down the road. Southeastern Virginia doesn't have fast public transportation so many people rely on a vehicle to get around.
GSA Title Assist's founder wanted to help. That's why she founded this company to assist people with their title and registration needs.
How does it work?
Customers send photocopies of their title paperwork to GSA Title Assist for review. Once we've accepted the paperwork, we quote a price.
The quote will include the VA sales tax of 4.15% of the purchase price that everyone must pay when they purchase a vehicle, moped or trailer. It will also include GSA's processing fee that will include title and one year of registration.
GSA Title Assist travels all over Southeastern VA to many DMVs in order to get your purchase processed as quickly as possible. We know that not everyone can leave their local community in order to search for appointments. We understand that. That's why we are doing it for you.
